International Workshop on Volume Graphics

30-31 July, 2006

Boston Park Plaza, Boston, Massachusetts, USA

CALL FOR PAPERS

Workshop Themes

The Program Committee is seeking papers on original and unpublished research work concerning all aspects of volume graphics. The accepted papers will be published in IEEE/EG sponsored proceedings, and archived in electronic form in the Eurographics and IEEE online digital libraries. A selected number of excellent submissions will be further considered for publication in a major journal in computer graphics and visualization (to be finalized).

Workshop Topics include (but not limited to):

Volume-Based Modeling Volume Rendering
Multi-volume objects and scenes Volume rendering hardware
Image-based 3D modeling GPU-based methods
Frequency-domain modeling Direct volume rendering
Physically based modeling Voxel-based radiosity
